• Adjustments: Schedules, prices, routes, and other tour specifics are subject to change without prior notification. This may occur during peak seasons such as Ramadan, the summer months, or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
• Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or alter parts of our tours at any time. Full payment is required at least two days before the tour date. Failure to complete payment may result in the cancellation of your booking.
• Cancellation by You: If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity or fail to arrive on time, you will not be eligible for a refund.
• Unforeseen Circumstances: Delays or cancellations may occur due to weather conditions, accidents, illness, or governmental regulations. In such cases, we will determine the eligibility for a refund based on the specific circumstances.

Itinerary Changes

In the event of a natural disaster, such as a flood, earthquake, or severe sandstorm, we may be unable to adjust the itinerary. Please plan accordingly and consider potential disruptions when booking.
